Conveniently located near Pearland, our Friendswood location is across from Stevenson Park. Our third and newest location is right next to Creekside Intermediate School on Main St in League City.
All ages welcome – adults and pediatric urgent care.
We are locally owned and operated, so rather than being boxed into a big franchise you receive individual care. All of our staff live in the Clear Lake, Friendswood, League City, and Pearland area and treat you like our neighbors, because, well, you are.
Digital X-ray System
We feature a GE Proteus X-ray system with a Konica digital converter. This enables us to perform X-ray studies in just a few seconds to diagnose broken bones, dislocated joints, pneumonia, and foreign body localization. We have a board certified radiologist interpret the x-rays. If needed, you can be given a copy of your results.
Laboratory
We feature state of the art laboratory equipment which provides quick results. Some of the tests we can perform are rapid strep, mono, RSV, influenza, pregnancy tests, urinalysis for UTI, STD testing, glucose checks. Most of our test results are available within 10-15 minutes.
We have an arrangement with an outside laboratory that performs any test that we are unable to run on-site.
IV
We have trained staff on site at all times who can insert an IV, draw blood, and administer IV fluids and other vitamins as needed.

I was received by a friendly yet professional employee, who helped me fill out all the required information. Then the test for Covid was done with utmost gentleness. I really thought it was going to be a nightmare from what I hear from people, but it was painless and almost no discomfort at all. The staff was all friendly and helpful, the facility clean and sterilized and the doctor was thorough. My loudest shout out goes to the nurse who walked me through the process and gave me great advice. Thank you. I recommend this clinic to all my friends and family.

Thank you for taking such great care of me on my recent visit. I have never been to the emergency room for pain. It was scary. I probably wasn’t the easiest patient yet felt well cared for and nobody made me feel like a crazy lady for showing up in the middle of the night in my PJs and robe. Hopefully, I do not have to do such a thing again but if so I’ll be more comfortable knowing that I’ll be in good hands.

The staff was really nice. Great customer service I got in and out within an hour. Dr. J. Jackson came in to do his assignment and gave me what I needed and I was able to be on my way. The rest of the staff was real nice I filled out my paper and they help with questions. The assistant told me what I needed to do and it got done he was very efficient. Overall I give y’all 10 stars... Great Experience!

I had a great experience. From when you walk in they are extremely welcoming and friendly. I went in with intense pain and they did everything to make me feel comfortable and find a solution. I had an amazing nurse named Moses who was extremely kind and helpful. The doctor was quick to respond, very kind and informative This is by far the best experience I've encountered. Definitely recommend their services.

I went in today for a bad migraine. It was around 6:30 am and no other patients. I was greeted and taken back. They got me started on some meds. The dr came in and was friendly and quick. He didn't ask me 100 questions to get to the point. He gave me something to relieve the problem and a prescription. I didn't have to ask for a work note he automatically wrote one out. The staff was very clear on instructions and what they were going to do. Felt better, checked out, and paid. It was fast and convenient since my dr doesn't open till 8 and hope to get in the same day. I'd go back. The staff asked the main questions needed, Before giving me meds asked if I had a ride or by myself. which makes a huge difference with migraine medicine. In and out in 2 hours.

EXCELLENT service with professionals that are second to none - I'll NEVER go anywhere else... I was in and out in less than an hour and left all splinted up and happy!
