Gemini urgent care did a fantastic job stitching up my finger which required nearly 20 stitches. From entering and Alyssa checking us in quickly to Angelie taking us back to see the medical provider. Laura took time to evaluate the wound and then expertly sutures all the stitches in. I truly appreciated the time and care everyone at Gemini took to help me instead of sending me to an emergency room. They were wonderful and I highly recommend their services.

I was concerned about my daughter’s eye on a Saturday night. This caused me to look up urgent care clinics in the area that accept Medicaid. After looking at reviews, second option ended up being who I chose to call; they answered a few questions and promptly said they would see us soon. This place is an absolutely wonderful hidden gem. It was around 7p and there was no one else there. Alyssa was a kind face at the front who ended up allowing my daughter to take a book home! She said that the owner makes certain a child is able to leave with a book that they desire from here. How wonderful and kind is that! Laura Gordon was very efficient and kind as well; she asked us questions and listened, and she answered all of my questions! She was amazing. The whole experience took less than probably 30 minutes. Very thankful for them, and will definitely be back when needed. Definitely choose to go here.

This is truly the best Urgent Care I’ve ever taken my kids to. From the moment we walked in, I felt that my children were treated not just as patients, but as people. There was genuine care, attention, and kindness in every interaction.
The staff is absolutely wonderful. A very special thank you to Alyssa at the front desk - she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly clear and helpful with everything. You can immediately feel when someone loves what they do, and it makes all the difference.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for compassionate and professional care. We originally came here because friends recommended it....and now I completely understand why.

I came into Gemini Urgent Care because I could barely hear out of one ear from severe wax buildup and also wanted to get checked for a possible sinus infection. From the moment I walked in, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely caring.

Sarah at the front desk was welcoming, efficient, and made check-in stress-free right away. Mckenzi in the back was incredibly kind and reassuring…she explained everything clearly and made what could’ve been an uncomfortable visit feel easy and calm.

The provider, Laura Gordon, was outstanding. She took the time to actually listen, thoroughly examined both issues, and handled the ear cleaning with care and precision. Immediate relief. She also walked me through what was going on with my sinuses and made sure I understood next steps instead of rushing me out the door.

You can tell this team works well together and truly cares about patients…not just getting you in and out. Clean facility, friendly staff, and real relief the same day.

If you need urgent care and want to be treated like a human instead of a number, this is the place. Highly recommend.
