Our Equipment
Digital X-ray System
We feature a GE Proteus X-ray system with a Konica digital converter. This enables us to perform X-ray studies in just a few seconds to diagnose broken bones, dislocated joints, pneumonia, and foreign body localization. We send the digital images to our off-site board-certified Radiologists for interpretation within minutes. After your visit, you may be given a copy of your X-ray studies on a compact disc.
Laboratory
We feature state of the art laboratory equipment which provides quick results. Some of the tests we can perform are complete blood count, electrolytes, liver function, cardiac enzymes, urinalysis, and prothrombin time (INR). We also have several “point of care tests” like rapid strep, mono, RSV, influenza, and drug screening. All our test results are available within 10-15 minutes. We have an arrangement with an outside laboratory that performs any test that we are unable to run on-site, usually providing results within an hour.
